An evening slot at Your Horse Live: the timings that decide whether it works for you
Harlow's Big Night Out runs in the Main Arena on Saturday 7 November 2026. The published times tell you more about whether to book than the billing does.

- Main Arena, Your Horse Live
- Shopping halls open to ticket holders
- 4.15pm
- Arena entry
- 5pm for VIP, 6pm for standard tickets
- Performance
- 6.45pm to 8.15pm
Your Horse Live has added an evening show on Saturday 7 November 2026, built around Harlow and her ponies in the Main Arena. The billing is demonstrations, guests and entertainment rather than competition. What matters more, if you are weighing up a ticket, is the clock.
The organisers have published the running order in full. Ticket holders can get into the shopping halls from 4.15pm. VIP ticket holders go into the arena from 5pm; standard ticket holders from 6pm. The performance itself runs 6.45pm to 8.15pm. So a standard ticket buys you roughly two and a half hours of shopping beforehand if you arrive early, and a finish well after dark in November.
The VIP option adds a meet and greet and a complimentary glass of fizz for adults on arrival. Whether that is worth the difference depends on who you are taking. For a child who follows Harlow, the meet and greet is probably the whole point. For an adult going for the entertainment, the extra hour in the arena may not be.
A few things the announcement does not settle. It does not state the price of either tier, and it does not say whether a Saturday day ticket gets you into the evening show or whether this is a separate purchase. Do not assume either way. Check before you book, particularly if you were already planning to be there on the Saturday.
What this means for you
- Families with a pony-mad child
- A 8.15pm finish plus car park exit and the drive home. If your child is young, or you are travelling a distance, work backwards from bedtime before you commit.
- Anyone already holding a Saturday day ticket
- The announcement does not confirm that day entry covers the evening performance. Ask the ticket office rather than turning up and hoping.
- Shoppers
- Halls open at 4.15pm for evening ticket holders. If shopping is half your reason for going, that is a short window before you need to be in the arena.
- Anyone considering VIP
- The upgrade is a meet and greet and a drink for adults, plus an hour's earlier arena entry. Decide who that is actually for before paying the difference.
What to do
Confirm with the ticket office whether a Saturday day ticket includes the evening show or whether it must be bought separately
Before booking anythingCompare the standard and VIP prices against what each actually includes, rather than buying VIP by default
Before bookingPlan the journey home from an 8.15pm finish in November, including who is driving and how long the car park takes to clear
Before bookingPut Saturday 7 November 2026 in the diary with a 4.15pm shopping arrival if you want time in the halls
Once bookedIf you are taking a child for the meet and greet, check any age or accompaniment conditions with the organiser
